Timoteo's Grill - Indian Orch

I came with my friends and my little sister and she loved it! her drinks, the food, and our waitress made her felt very welcomed. They even gave her an ice cream sandwich which made her super happy, will definitely.

Very disappointed ? the empanadas had nice texture but only one shrimp in each... the meat empanada was mostly mashed potatoes with a hint of ground beef. The Cheese Areppa as you can see was burnt one one side and very small for the price... and to top it off... I almost puked as I sucked (what was a pretty good guava drink) a foreign object through the straw ?It was some kind of plastic (I suppose it could have been worse)!I had such high expectations for this Columbian restaurant... but won't be going back... I didn't complain about the food but I did show him the plastic and half the shake that I couldn't drink... not even an apology nor discount ?Poor customer service... rank over...Wish I could post pictures here... bit, I did on their Facebook page. I went to have lunch with my family and they robe me in the tips and plus I ask for a drink I didn’t like it I ask to change it at the end to pay they still charge me the drink..bad place food is ok, but the way they treat customers is really bad

Delicious food. Unfortunately the lady that just answered the phone had a horrible attitude. I asked for 3 separate dinners for 3 separate people that wanted white meat but she refused to sell it to me. If I'm paying $40+ for food I should get what I want. I don't think it's unreasonable. 3 stars cause I like their food but the abrasiveness was absolutely unnecessary. Customer service skills are key.

Love the food here .. great place .. great atmosphere… great customer service .. and love the delicious yum Columbia Shrimp patties … and natural fruit drinks … food is great …
