I 've ordered from BoriSushi multiple times over the years but this last experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Bentobox shrimp teriyaki, arroz con gandules, Boricua roll and egg roll) from BoriSushi via DoorDash $15 but $24+ with delivery fees included). Instead, I received a plate of rice, a few shrimp and an I owe you note stuck to the food container please see the picture attached) . BoriSushi wrote we are almost closing, no sushi, no egg roll. I 'm sorry. I owe you .I decided to give BoriSushi the benefit of the doubt and went in person to inquire about the note the following day. The woman I spoke to admitted she wrote the note. When I asked if I they intended to give me rest of my order, the woman looked confused and said that she didn 't mean I owe you like that. She then offered to refund me $2 for the egg roll but did not acknowledge the missing sushi. I then asked whey they accepted an order they knew they could not fulfill it and why they did not give me an opportunity to cancel the order or select another menu item. The woman then stated that they notified DoorDash about the issues and that DoorDash agreed to notify me. The woman then directed me to contact DoorDash.Upon contacting DoorDash and them reviewing there notes, they confirmed that there is no evidence that BoriSushi ever contacted them about an issue fulfilling the order. Therefore, they did not approve the partial order.

Love this business and the family that runs it. They're polite and pleasant and the sushi is AMAZING ! They have really good customer service to me. The store recently moved and I'm excited to see their new location. I really recommend you trying it because it's honestly really good !!

Amazing! ¡Delicioso! Just tried for the first time and cannot wait to go back. We ordered the BoriParty #1 and the Pescador. Loved all! Our favs were the Pescador and the Guava. They were extremely good. This place is a must! And I've eaten sushi in tons of places, including Puerto Rico. My husband went as far as saying this is the best sushi he's ever had. Take out was very nicely packed. And the sushi chef was so nice when I asked if she could identify each sushi and she took the time to talk to me about the other sushi and other food. The woman at the bar was also professional, smiley and nice. Can't wait to try out BoriChino, too!
