Hot Table - Indian Orch

We have ordered Hot Table in the past more times than I can count. we now have a staff member with a life threatening nut allergy(most common food allergy). Twice now we have informed hot table of the allergy and twice we have received 1. Pesto sandwiches which contain pine nuts, cookies with macadamia nuts, and a salad loaded with Walnuts all while the special instructions were listed. unfortunately we will no long allow reps to order hot table as we cannot trust they know what actually contains nuts.

Sandwiches were good not as great quality that they used to be. The Mac and cheese was mush and had no flavor. Definitely not what it used to be

Awesome place, they are always super nice and strive to make your visit the best it can be. Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian and gluten free foods.

We ordered 4 sandwiches, one sandwich had no meat on one side and the other side just had lettace and tomato and mayo; when we did ask for chicken. the other two sandwiches also came with barely any meat and we did ask for extra on one. plus, one had a long piece of hair in the sandwich. disappointed with this order, to spend all the money we did on our family meal we expected them to at least be made right, and usually they are. i'm unsure if someone just doesn't know what they're doing behind the counter, but it was a disappointment. wish we could just get our money back at this point, to have a sandwich with 3 small pieces of chicken on one side, then the other half be pretty much a vegan option. the whole order was messed up, another sandwich was also made the same way. that's a $75 order

I bought a gluten free panini and wasn't sure what to expect. I have never been there before. Everything that is gluten was separate. Was grilled on a designated press. I didn't have to explain anything, the staff was knowledgeable about taking care of gf items. Changed gloves as soon as I said it was an allergy without me having to ask... which is HUGE!! I was so impressed with the prep...then I had my panini. Absolutely amazing! Loved it! I highly recommend!! Great job Hot Table!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
