Mac Nation Cafe - Indian Hills

The mac and cheese at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! We loved the concept and would definitely try more varieties if we were local. Pokey from Denver Zipline Adventures recommended this place after a fun afternoon of ziplining, and it was totally worth it! We tried the Big Italy and the Texas mac and cheese, both of which were fantastic.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times over the years with a local motorcycle group I am a part of. The atmosphere is great, the food is excellent, and the staff is top-notch. This food lover has always enjoyed their menu. In summary, it is worth the 60-mile ride from north of Denver to support this local restaurant.

The restaurant has a charming vintage atmosphere, a playful menu, and offers generously portioned macaroni and cheese dishes. We arrived when it first opened (observed the blessings being recited) and thoroughly enjoy dining here.
