Subway - Indian Hill

I like Subway, in fact, I used to work for one down South. But this location was disappointing. I walked in. The two employees were busy finishing a pickup order, I understand that. But no acknowledgment I was there at the order line at all. They looked at me, yet they said nothing. It was at a point where one guy left, and I was the only one waiting there. I 'll be right with you would have been fine, and I would have continued to wait patiently. I decided to just walk out and take my business elsewhere. I don 't appreciate that. When I worked at Subway, and other in-person customer service places, it was drilled into my head to always acknowledge a customer, even if they were just going to use the bathroom. Hi, how are you?, Welcome to Subway!, I 'll be right with you! These are important customer service points. The fact that these two employees didn 't even bother to notice me was the difference between me getting a salad and walking away. I chose walking away.It 's a pity because this is the closest Subway to my house, but I 'm not sure I want to even go back. I hope the manager fixes this.

Don't stop at the ones on 32 across from tractor supply..terrible

Review based solely on the fact that no one is stopping people from walking in without masks during a mandated mask order. I am outside counting 5 people without masks inside and only the worker has one on.Cant make the excuse that he can’t notice because he’s talking over the counter to everyone. The sign on the door says masks are required so it’s be great if it would be enforced before the county health board has to do it.
