Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt was a typical Tim Hortons experience. Not much has changed at this franchise location. The staff were friendly, and the coffee was fresh. However, they placed my Boston creams in a bag that caused a mess all over my wife's hands. It was only 27 degrees, so the chocolate melted everywhere. With a bit of better training, things could be much improved.
Some may read the reviews and feel that the feedback is exaggerated. I had just filled up my gas tank right before we drove through to the car lane, and from that point, it took a total of 44 minutes until we were finally on our way. If I had known it would take so long, I wouldn’t have bothered. I’m giving it two stars because, despite the lengthy wait overall, the time between placing our order and receiving our food was under 15 minutes, and the meal itself was decent. Unfortunately, considering all of this, I cannot justify returning to this restaurant; the service times are simply unacceptable.
I meet the terrible service. If I ever have to go through again, I could camp in my truck as I wait in the snake.
The service was so slow. 2 people in front of me cancelled their food because they waited so long. I ordered on the app to make things quicker. As I was sitting there people were coming in ordering and getting their drinks and food before me!! I just ordered a coffee waited 10 minutes and finally had to go to the counter and all how long it takes to pour a cup of coffeeIt was an additional 5 minutes before I received my coffee. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. This store is consistently slow! Staff need better training!
This place was filthy. Nothing has been cleaned or wiped for a few days.
