Wingstop - Independence

This is the nicest place on earth! Stopped here before the Chiefs home opener. It was CRAZY BUSY. The employees were functioning like a well oiled machine. Everyone was so relaxed and professional. I don’t know if the Chiefs game inspired them or they work at this level every day, but they were on point!! I have never been to this location, it’s a little out of my area. I’m definitely going to make this my stop from now on. To top it all off I dropped my debt card on my way out and some very kind man gave it to the manager who immediately called me and let me know it was there. PS the food was great!

Wingstop serves delicious food. Sasha is fantastic—friendly and truly exceptional when it comes to customer service. The rest of the staff is always pleasant too.

I never expected to be writing a review for Wingstop, but here I am... My wife and I decided to stop by because she had a craving for their fries (and no, she’s not pregnant!). When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an employee who was cleaning the lobby and a gentleman who looked like he was in charge. Both were incredibly friendly and seemed to be having a great day. The woman was very patient while we figured out our order. When our food was ready, the manager brought it to our table and let us know that if the fries didn’t meet our expectations, he would be happy to replace them! Everything we ordered was delicious, and my wife was more than satisfied with her fry craving. Thank you, Wingstop, for your excellent team and tasty wings and fries. We’ll definitely be back!

I enjoyed a wonderful dinner here with my daughter. The food was served hot and fresh, and they even included a complimentary brownie for my daughter. Kipp, Alveon, and the staff were fantastic! If you're looking for delicious, fresh wings, this is the place to be.

I've visited this restaurant countless times, and perhaps I'm just being naive because it's the closest one to me. However, every time I place an order, there’s an issue. It feels like I should send a carrier pigeon or use Morse code instead of just calling in. They're consistently late and often mess up my orders. Even when they give me a specific time, I try to be understanding, but the service here is really frustrating. I know everyone has tough days, but come on!
