Przekaż informację zwrotnąI first went to this location in November 2021. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Subway with the poorest sandwich I've ever eaten from Subway. Last week (Sept 2022) I gave it another chance and had the best sandwich I've ever eatenfrom Subway, made by Kevin. The employees told me they were under new management and that things had changed. I was excited! Igo in there today and received almost the exact same experience as I did last November. No greeting, male worker with glassesand earrings just piled ingredients onto sandwich with no care. 1/3 of my sandwich did not even get lettuce on it and thelettuce is BROWNING. Why is the service from different team members so inconsistent? I will never return to this location.
My favorite used to be a foot long tuna with sweet onion sauce but my new favorite is the new mexicali foot long with added sweet onion sauce and pepperoni
The girl working there was extremely rude the young gentleman his name was AJ had wonderful customer service and went out of his way to make sure he can make us as happy as possible due to the situation. We weren't told that all you guys had was wheat breadand you guys were out of meatballs because they didn't stock stuff up like they should have I asked the girl working for themanager's name and number and she said she's not allowed to give that out I am a co GM and know that is not true. So I wouldgreatly appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me for the service she provided me was awful and ridiculous.
Nearly the same experience as the previous person. Ordered online and went to pick up food. Everything on our order was wrong? they ran out of roast beef, forgot to put lettuce on a BLT, forgot to put banana peppers on another sandwich, forgot to putcheese on another. Essentially nothing was correct on a $30 order. Called up and tried to let them know they messed up my orderand was promptly told that I ?need to learn how to read a receipt.? Tried to tell him (Gary the manager) everything on thereceipt and what was missing, was told I didn?t know what I was talking about and hung up on me. Tried to call back againtoday, was told (by Gary) I needed to call a different number. Was actually just given the store number which I had alreadycalled and was talking to him on and proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up again. Have already filed acomplaint with corporate. Will not be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from the place.
I ordered by Club sandwich online and when I returned to work ready to eat I see that there is no roast beef. The issue is not that the store was out of roast beef but that at no point did they tell me. The online system allowed me to order and pay forsomething they could not properly make. The workers in the store did not call to see if they could add anything in it's place or if I would like to change my order. When I picked my food up from the store I spoke with the girl working and she did notbother to inform me of any of this. Most disappointing is that when I opened my sandwich they did not even give me more of theother meats that go on the sandwich they just shorted me. I called to speak to a manager and he was not in, the girl I spoke tostated she printed off my receipt and took my name and number so management could call me that evening. I never received a callso I called the next day and Gary (the manager) answered the phone and while I an explaining who I am and the situation, tellsme to call back later and hangs up. I will never spend my money at such a disrespectful location again.
