Starbucks - Independence

This is a great dieucks in a load, one of the better ones I have visited almost as well as a brick and mortar shop do not hesitate when they are in the opposite of it pop in and get their favorite bargains from joe.

Told me they where closed I ask for how long and they said 30 minutes . It’s been more then 30 minutes and they are just messing around . Every time I go there they are rude and don’t care to acknowledge the customer ! This is the only Starbucks store I ever had a problem with ! Idk why they are so rude !

Walked in at 7:05 when their site said they close at 8:00, but they turned me away saying they were closed. Remind me why I keep frequenting Starbucks for their overpriced tea and oftentimes rude workers?

This particular location doesn't open in the morning, and the only notice is on the drive-thru window—not on the menu or order screen. As a result, customers can get stuck in a long line, only to discover that the place is closed when they reach the front. It's frustrating, and I believe it's a sign of poor management.
