Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We went out to celebrate a friend's birthday and really loved the idea of getting a free burger on your special day! The place was pretty crowded, and unfortunately, our name was overlooked, which meant we had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of our original 45-minute wait. Once we were finally seated, our waitress was quick and delightful. She promptly refilled our drinks and took our order without delay. I ordered an alcoholic beverage that was excellent, so much so that I ended up getting a second one. We tried a variety of dishes, including fried pickles, onion rings, a guacamole burger, a scorpion burger, a wrap, two other sandwiches, and a salmon sandwich. Everything arrived quickly and all at once! We were so happy we chose this restaurant.

I ordered a salmon burger and my partner got a burger topped with a fried egg (he thinks it's called a royal burger). Our grandson had the corn dog bites. Everything was fantastic! I absolutely love the unlimited fries! I also enjoyed a few refills of sweet potato fries—they were delicious!

The waiter was incredibly friendly and stylish, and the food was excellent. I ordered the avocado grilled chicken salad along with the sunset lemonade, which was really refreshing. The popping lemonade was definitely a hit as well!

I shared pics of my banzai burger but it doesn't really do it justice. Lol! The pineapple compliments this delicious burger beautifully. We also like to go here for the milkshakes!

Hostess with dark hair isn't very polite or happy. Asked twice if my online order was ready because my pick up time was 713 and it was 735. She went back to ask and then came out and didn't say anything. So I asked 2 other people and they never came back. As I was telling them to cancel it and refund my money they told me it was being bagged up. They forgot my ranch and honey mustard. Also with a restaurant having free refills on fries you would think my Togo food would have more than 10 fries and half of them were WET. One sandwich was cold.We came specifically for the fries. Poor customer service and NOT IMPRESSED by the food.Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
