Mcdonald's - Independence

I ordered a cone in a cup, but when I looked, I realized I didn't have a spoon. I asked for one because eating ice cream from a cup is pretty difficult without it. The lady told me no. When I asked why not, she mentioned something about COVID. I didn't even ask for a plastic spoon! She said, "No, I can't give you anything." She even mentioned they were counting sauce now. I managed to eat what I could, but it wasn't easy! Lol.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The service was poor, the food was served cold, the fries were stale, and the sweet tea tasted like it had been sitting out for days. I can't recommend this location.

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I truly mean it, as I'm not a fan of fast food—especially from this chain. However, the sweet tea and fresh quarter with fries were just perfect!

Tried Uber Eats and ordered from this McDonald's site. The Uber driver did a great job and didn't last very long. The McDonald's was another story. The food was obviously old and not just a by-product of the delivery. It was a late night order, and it seems that they were just trying to get rid of the old food that should have gone into the garbage. They conveniently neglected all identifiable information on the stickers on their pocket, so it seems certain that they would try to avoid in trouble for their uncomfortable service. Definitely will not order the delivery of OR to visit the site again.

Excellent McDonalds. Super busy but fast quality service.. Quality food prep also.. Modern store with a kids play area
