Los Compas Mexican - Independence

My wife and I went to this restaurant for dinner and, as always, the food was great. We ordered the chicken nachos and they were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered the Taco, Burrito, and Chile Relleno. The Taco and Burrito were good, but the Chile Relleno was overcooked. The crust was thick and hard, and the pepper itself was dark green and shriveled. I would have preferred it to be cooked less. The service was excellent. The other dish we tried was the chicken chimichanga, which had good flavor and was not dry. The salsa was my favorite part - a perfect mix of a little heat. I would definitely go back again. I accidentally left a large tip, but that's okay because the server took great care of us.

Rude female owners, not sure their name, if you take out, will not write. Great food, but if you take out, make sure you get all your food. My mistake that I haven't checked twice in 3 months now, and gas is not cheap just to go back to you. I was kind of aggravated to go back and was told to the girl that my meal was done saying it was all there. Surely it was and the owner of the woman accused me of constantly being angry when I appeared to eat. I have eaten a lot there, but always had the best service and the best food. Tip really good and spend a good amount when we eat. You have no problem with getting involved with your problem, not getting all your foods because it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is complete and tells you that. To some extent, they write, but I can also find another Mexican restaurant to spend my money. I will. He the owner was okay to talk, but she's just rude or must pay attention to the faces of her costumes before she accuses that she's an angry person all the time so the meal doesn't cost me the restaurant anymore. Gas is not cheap.

The staff is always friendly! At 5p on Saturday evening the order and service was fast. Food was served hot and up to expectations for taste and authenticity. There is almost never a waiting time to sit and if there is, it is worth waiting. A large hidden jewel in independence

I recently discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant and I am so glad I did! The wait staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the food is bursting with flavor, and the drinks are top-notch. I am kicking myself for not visiting sooner. Thanks to Marisha for recommending this place - it will definitely be a new favorite for my family.
