Przekaż informację zwrotnąHad a MAD gate for long john silver’s. visited this facility and eating was terrible. it tasted like left remnants from the refrigerator that had hardly been warmed up. the quality of this restaurant brand has really gone downhill. I can see why most of them are closed. I gave two stars because the dame was so nice and personal on the desk, so it wasn't a total loss. at least I met a new person with a great personality.
This location is one of the few that lie in the metro. I've been there a few times about the years. the service is on the hill and they will screw up their order. eating is okay, but quality is gone. I cannot speak for other places, but this is old, worn and needs a complete redesign/refresh. long john’s silvers itself is gone and allows place like this a coast along. captain. ds is a little better and has better service. parking: much because not enough people come. drive thru is strange and takes a good space.
The owner is up and beyond to keep his place immaculate. a fantastic experience compared to similar restaurants. seasonal workers are wonderful new employees not so much, but should translate with the positive influence of others. I love to stop it and a piece of fish on the way home. perfect snack before dinner.
So.. recently we arrived probablym. 10/15 minutes before close, there were already two or three customers waiting in drive-thru. Shortly after getting in line several other cars pulled behind us. Despite it being so late, and although I'm sure they were beyond ready to close; They were patient and explained that some offerings were no longer available as they had begun closing down the kitchen (Grilled items), and that there would probably be a short wait. We were asked to pull around, at which point we saw 4 or 5 more customers pull onto the lot. For reference the time is now 5 minutes before scheduled close. The employee taking orders continued in the same patient, collected, and expedited pace explaining to customers about the wait and offerings, through till the last customer in line. At the scheduled close time, another car attempted to queue in line, at which point our order was being delivered. The employee was kind, seemed happy and probably relieved to finally be closed, delivered our order accurately, and on the return trip explained to the late-comer that unfortunately they had just taken their final order for the night.Arrived home, and the food was packed securely, stayed hot and fresh, was clearly prepared fresh, and appeared to be on the generous side of portion size.On previous my previous visit to this location, probably a year or more ago, I absolutely did not have the same experience, and would have recommended avoiding the location. Luckily, this has obviously changed.Employee performance, attitude, and food quality far exceeded my expectations. Though the biggest improvement by far is in food quality.I can't be sure if this is a consistent change, or we just got lucky. But based on this visit, I would highly recommend this location.Vegetarian options: Probably not the best choice.Kid-friendliness: It's A&W on one side, Long John's on the other. They've got chicken, fish, burgers, hotdogs, fried foods, ice cream and more.. I'd be hard-pressed to find a child who would complain.Parking: Extremely limited parking for dine in. Drive through layout is.. less than ideal.Wheelchair accessibility: I do believe they have a ramp.Dietary restrictions: Most of the offerings are fried, and prepared in a kitchen that also handles raw meats. They also offer some fresher/lighter options specifically on the Long John's side.. such as grilled items.
As always, this location is very busy and a little understaffed. However, Autumn, taking the orders to the drive-thru, never lost patience and was very kind and courteous to all of her customers. Including those asking asinine questions... regarding other Long John Silver locations across the country, all you can eat meals, side dish options, etc. I waited a good 5 to 7 minutes behind the lady asking questions, and Autumn was always very courteous and respectful. Much more than I ever could have been! Great job in hiring Autumn, Long John Silver's!
