Lao Peking Chinese - Independence

Been coming here for years. Some of the best crab Rangoons I've ever had. I do miss living close by for the delivery but we still make it there from time to time. It's a small hole in the wall joint, but the people are friendly and the food has always been fresh. They package it well so it stays hot when you do takeout and it is usually packed well enough that everything is intact once you get home.

Lao Peking is our favorite Chinese takeout. They did something different with the egg rolls this week. Perhaps the cabbage was pickled. The egg rolls tasted awful. I hope they go back to their previous recipe.

The portions were nice the food was hot. Delivery driver got it here hot and ready so big shout out to the team. Makes me want to go up to the restaurant and chew my way threw the menu . Plus there a Local business which is nice

I missed this place so much. They'd been closed down for renovations for what felt like eternity. No other Chinese hits the spot like Lao. I've been ordering delivery from here for years and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always hot and delicious, fast service, no one is rude, great price. And they literally have the best crab rangoon I can find anywhere. They're also the only spot who will actually make my general Tso's spicy and I ask at every place I order from. Even when they have an option for spicy and I ask them for extra extra spicy, it's still not at all hot. Lao will actually give me some heat. My toddler LOVES their fried rice and lo mein. Zero complaints about this place and I'm so happy they're back open. We eat here about once a week

I’m only Giving five stars because the food was absolutely delicious. Everything else was pretty mediocre. They were not very friendly on the phone and were rushing me for my order. I was missing about four items from my order, and when I opened my food, there was spilled sauce over all of the boxes(picture for reference) but the food was good so there’s that
