Kfc - Independence

You should just close. they get 1 star for 1 item right. the ordered chicken on the bone got spelled out. the ordered kartoffels have coleslaw. mais ordered and mais received. I was the only one you had. as embarrassing for you. what a demolition! just close their load. their employees have no idea.

Restaurant was clean, small intimate. Customer service was prompt and friendly and food was hot an fresh. Had the Chicken sandwich with seasoned fries good but no Nashville hot sauce available. No complaints ?

Ordered a 12 piece with 3 sides Had to tell them twice that I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy because they didn't hear me the 1st time and then when I look into my bags I have a side of gravy no mash potatoes. I had to go back and get them to give me the mashed potatoes to go with my gravy

Good luck get what you order. They don't know what extra means other then to charge you. Everyone that works the drive thru is rude and unprofessional. The only thing that this store has going for them is that they are not the other kfc/ taco bell down Noland

Went in and they were on it. The food was fast and delicious. The seasoning was great and the food tasted awesome!
