Dq Grill Chill - Independence

I am giving this restaurant three stars because the staff showed up for work today, unlike the restaurant next door which had a closed sign on its window. There was no indication of where to place an order or on the menu cards. I witnessed them microwaving my sandwich and then unwrapping it to check if it was cooked properly, which it wasn't. The bread was overly crispy in some areas and soggy in others, making it unpleasant to eat. The milk I ordered was not my first choice, but I knew they were open for business. However, even if they are open, no one should have to eat such terrible food. I ended up throwing my meal away.

Everyone was super friendly and friendly! I saw a few commands were mixed, but they repaired it fast, and the people were just nice. that's rare. obviously everything tastes good.

We ordered from dq over eats. the person who picked up our order then took other orders then continued to go all the way to grain valley where it stayed for 35 minutes. dq went beyond and beyond. not only did they re-order our order, but reimbursed our money. a great thank you!

Dq has fallen from the gnade since the 90s, and unfortunately this newer situation in a beautiful part of the city is somehow no different. the ice cream is still quite good, and the good news stops there practically. most of the time they don't even overturn the beaker to give them the DQ-thick test (which were previously free when they forget), and the mischins can be badly made most of the time. eating is quite down in the barrel. I will give them some requisits, although the cheese curds are better than I would have guessed and white gravitation than a diving sauce for offers. it's hard to get to places that offer white gravy, so I'll take them where I can find them.

Doors say open till 9pm. Web says open till 10pm. It's 8:30pm on Saturday night and the doors are locked. Haven't gotten food yet, as we're still in the drive up lane now since the doors are locked. Really confusing. Signs or updated info on the web maps would be helpful.
