Przekaż informację zwrotnąDo you want to literally get this opposite of what you order? if so, this is the domino they were looking for. my last 3 commands are so. okt 24:ordered handmade pan 2 topping- perfect! medium 2 topping bbqreceived : it was the half of the size of a medium and the half had not even sauce on it. neither the pizza was at all cut, had to cut both pizzas themselves when I came home. nov 1:Ordered hand tossed medium 2 topping bbq light sauce and order of the kitschigen brot. get: thin crust bbq pizza with EXTRA sauce and cheesebread that was all brot, and hardly a piece from the center of the brotes had cheese and a few jalapeño. 7. Nov:ordered : hand ground medium 2 topping bbq pizza and chicken habanero sandwich. get: small pizza, the half was crust no sauce on it, was not cut into slices. Chicken habanero sandwich, which was cut 3 4 not 1 2 and had absolutely no sauce, no pineapple and no jalapeño on it at all. When I finally complained to ask for a refund, I was told that I should go back to the load. When I did, I was told that I should come back when the regional manager was there, he could not solve the problem. then he threw the pizza on my way back after he called it a fat, she threw it so hard for me to hold it on my back. now thats customer service. I promise you, you're going to take 10 minutes more to the next.
No, you're not crazy, the pizza is getting smaller. I went from 3 to one per disc before I reached the crust. my ladies and gentlemen, the inflation and the scarce materials are a bad excuse to increase their prices as they want their stocks to go higher to inappropriate levels. Just stop buying from them and going to locals. if not, frozen pizza is better. prost!
This location needs some attention!! I never try to call in orders here anymore because it's always so short staffed that they dont answer the phone, so I just go in. Never had there only been JUST one person, but this person is so new, they didn't know how to ring in the one-topping 9.99 special, so I had to pay $17 which I'm a little upset about, but it's not this person's fault that they are so new and have been entrusted an ENTIRE store to themselves and without proper training or empowerment to do the job. It's so unfortunate. I don't know how to contact the owner, but someone needs to check this place out. I hope it gets better soon, I like Dominos and this is the closest one....
Horrid customer service. My order was on its way at 7:30 and still hasn 't arrived at 8:34. Tried calling to see if the pizza was coming at 8 and no one answered and I 'm still on the phone trying to get someone to answer. Would not recommend the hassle. So now I have to go up there to see if I 'm getting a pizza still considering they took the money off my card.
Raw deep dish pizza. Order was in the pizza portal for 30 minutes, but was never actually there. After asking staff about it, they ignored me, then casually put my order in the counter between other customers and walked away.Update. 8-1-2022. I tried again, this time delivery. I was missing an order of chicken, ALL toppings on one pizza, and my sauces. Tried calling the store, but the line is busy the whole night. Zero stars should be an option. Filing a complaint with corporate office tonight. Worst experience with dominos I have ever experienced.
