Food in Watami is always good, however in this specific branch we experienced the worst service and incompetent branch manager and staff. They were too slow and this was past the usual dinner time, so there weren’t a lot of people inside. We were starving but had to wait for at least 50mins just to serve everything we ordered. The spicy salmon rolls were supposed to be served first but the branch manager forgot that we ordered it so we had to follow it up as well as the cup of rice! We even waited at least 30mins when we asked for the bill because no one was serving our table. We kept quiet the whole time because we didn’t want to cause any fuss, but we won’t be coming back to this branch anymore.
