We decided to have a late lunch along with my 14 family members. We waited for someone to assist us but it seems every crew is very busy but crowd is really not that big compared to other restaurants. So the primary issues... 1. We waited for 20 mins before one of the crew assisted us to our table.. after I approach them in the counter and told them of the situation. 2. No body is willing to take our orders. So we waited again. 3. It took them 30+ mins to served the food. But we do not have plates or even utensils. 4. They served the Plates and utensils but with a missing fork. And wiping a wet plate right infront of us before placing it on our table. 5. We have missing orders and we need to inform them and follow up the orders.6. The only time the manager I guess assisted us is when we are setting some dogie food and after I paid 4029. In cash. 7. Bottomless Iced tea are served pretty late and none even bothered to refill it unless I asked them again and has to wait. Note.. This is supposed to be a very special Mother's day lunch for me and my family but the not so accomodating crew and poor service kind of spoiled the day for me. We used to dine here on special occasions and they are superb on their service. Though I am just wondering why they are not so enthusiastic to accomodate us today. Kind of sad and disappointed about that. Though thankful to Sag. I hope i got his name right for trying his best to attend to our request.

Staff needs training, food is good but service very slow and inefficient hence the 2-star.

Used to be one of our favorite dining options, but quality and facility has deteriorated over the last couple of years. We recently had lunch there and the food wasn't fresh. Taste was also either bland or too salty. Only thing commendable was the attentive staff. I hope they can turn things around.

We were so excited to eat since I know that Uncle Cheffy has great food, but we got really disappointed because we waited for sooooo long, for like almost more than an hour. They even gave orders to the wrong tables. Other customers were also waiting. Just imagine that there were 2 families who were there earlier than us and they didn't get their order yet. This resto has a really bad service. Hope they'll improve on it.
