We waited for 45 minutes at our table with three kids, but no server ever came to assist us. The staff seemed to be preoccupied, frequently disappearing to the back for extended periods without checking on us. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the food quality since we were never served. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Oscar for his exceptional service during our stay. Due to some issues with the hotel rooms, many guests were delayed in getting into their rooms. Oscar stepped in and provided snacks for everyone while the hotel worked to resolve the problems. With that experience in mind, we chose to have dinner at the restaurant. The filet mignon was absolutely incredible; it was so delicious that we tried to recreate it at home a few weeks later. The dessert was equally delightful. Don’t be deceived by the small entrance—there's plenty of seating inside. However, if you plan to visit on a holiday weekend or during an event, I can see it getting crowded quickly. I truly want to thank Oscar for going above and beyond to ensure my family was well taken care of. As for parking, the only convenient option is the Long Term Parking at the airport, which is quite expensive.

The service was outstanding, and the prices were quite reasonable. It's incredibly convenient, especially when you're at the airport.
