As always, dining at Bea is a splendid sensory and taste experience! Everything was excellent, carefully prepared and balanced dishes, unusual but delicate and surprising combinations. Trumpet flan with castelmagno cream and walnuts, sublime! And what about steamed cod on trumpet cream and fried vegetables? A show! And to finish a wonderful and delicate apricot jam tart, I have never eaten a better one! Congratulations from Daniela, Orlando and Alessandro! Highly recommended!
