Kasa Sushi Premium - Imola

Driven by the positive reviews we wanted to try this restaurant... the place is good, the staff is meh... the place is nice and has an inadequate noisy heater, the staff are kind but unprofessional and almost botched. Non-existent wine list, 3 poor quality wines given that the dishes are truly excellent...exquisite sashimi and delicious and very special uromaki which should be enhanced in another way given that for 4 courses and a questionable wine you spend more than 80 euros in 2. I hope that the criticism is constructive for better service and a wine list suited to excellent raw fish.

Tried it last night with friends; we were really very impressed both by the excellent quality of the fish and by the originality of some of the proposals which all turned out to be very tasty and never pretentious. The price is completely adequate for the quality of the raw materials. Definitely a high level sushi restaurant that was missing in Imola.

Very particular and interesting fusion sushi proposals such as salmon and mango or scallop and truffle. Really excellent fish. Well done!

Highest quality sushi that literally melts in your mouth! Each dish has its own personality and stands out from the others in a definite way, creating a unique experience. Tried it with the takeaway formula out of curiosity, it won me over at the first taste so much so that I can't wait to eat it again in person in the restaurant! I've tried so many sushirestaurants and this new KasaSushi Premium is definitely on my podium! I hope it also makes lunch soon because it would be the best for my work break!
