After I was able to convince myself of the quality of the food during the pre-conference with a delicious sample dish, the buffet has far exceeded all expectations. My only point of criticism is the huge amount: of course, a catering is planning to get 2 or 3 people more fed up and clearly you can take a few leftovers home and look forward to it the day after the party, but my buffet would have just sated twice the amount of guests. Constructive criticism: please improve the dimensions. But definitely 5 stars for taste, presentation and uncomplicated processing.

Once again excellent Christmas dinner duck goose fillet steak with very tasty little bumps! It is also highly recommended to the house mouse Rouladen. Very good and friendly advice.

We had a confirmation yesterday. Pre-discussion was very friendly and they respond to individual wishes. Eating was very punctual. The staff was great and friendly! Food, the most important thing, was excellent!

As part of our 100-year anniversary, we worked together with the Gari-Baldi pleasure manufactory. The cooperation was always in a positive climate and also challenges/sweets could be managed without problems. The food at the ceremony was very good. The selection is huge and very tasty. The Gari-Baldi team responded to our wishes in advance (courts from individual locations). Another big problem was the large number of guests. Mr. Kramer considered a concept which enabled the 1000 guests to be spoiled without waiting. All in all, it was the right decision to decide for the pleasure manufactory Gari-Baldi. Cooperation in advance, selection of dishes (very good) and service were very good! You're welcome.

Gari-Baldi has supplied our wedding vegetarian/vegan with a buffet. All were unprecedentedly thrilled by the delicacies and have weakened them. In advance, the agreements went smoothly and the experience of the team was very valuable to us. Very recommended!
