Mcdonald's - Iloilo

I ordered using the McDonald App. I made 4 orders but upon payment the staff told me that they only allow 3 orders per phone. So disappointed!! I suggest that they make a review and update the McDonald App to limit the orders per phone to 3 only so that customers are informed of this policy.

Chill morning to few customers... Worst service.... Took one item from my serving to give it to another and my order waited for the next available hash brown which caused more delay... LOL slow clap

Ordered delivery. The fries were laid on top of the burger and 2 pieces chicken box... the cheeseburger deluxe was very ...tiny, so was the meat. The ice coffee was pure water and no sugar... Guess they had a lot of fun

Wrong item for the 2nd time! I ordered Hot Chocolate and a Coffee for my mum then you brought me 2 Coffees!? Last time my mum ordered Coffee then you brought her a Hot Chocolate! What worst service at all!!!! You can't even refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our favorite McD branch, especially since the pandemic began, not full, so I can bring the children to eat.
