Burger King - Iloilo

Nice place but the burger in the menu is not available..

Many times (at least 3 on my phone) have made the *same* order in the last 9 months. Previous records lost on the old phone. Customer service after screwing is excellent, but if you expect to get the right order for the first time or you are under a time restriction (or just really hangry), you should better go to the store instead of ordering delivery.

The burgers are dry and a little bland. If you order different burgers for removal, you cannot identify which are yours because they are not marked and the packaging is the same. Once there was no cheese in my cheeseburger.

This is the worst BK branch in the philippines! I had so many bad experiences in this branch. For the longest time they didn't use their beverage dispenser and only offer iced tea that tastes like powder from a pitcher. No other drinks,just that. I thought before maybe it was just a case of bad timing but no, everytime i come to this branch in sm city Iloilo they don't have the dispenser on. Just powdered iced tea om tea

I ordered by food panda. It was in time here. Driver was really OK. But the burger was cold! Not warm... REALLY COLD. The paddies were not flame grilled, they were cooked, tough meat... Never seen fire or grill! I made it large with thick cut fries... And got small thin fries. That's it... Never again!
