Breakthrough - Iloilo

The restaurant design is old, but the fresh seafood food is great. I will definitely recommend this restaurant!

One of the most popular and iconic restaurants here in Iloilo. Many guest/celebrities, politicians who visits Iloilo probably ate here during their stay in the city. Offers a wide variety of seafood dishes they have an area where they display the live fishes and other sea creatures that you can actually order from them and be freshly cooked. Food is amazing and very worth the price. Place is always neat and clean. Service is very fast and staffs were very well trained.

My favorite place just at the oceanside of the restaurant. Food is always great as with a superb crew. Looking for a seafood resto? Come early as your favorites are being consumed on a busy weekend fast.

They have all types of seafood. The ambiance was great. There was good ventilation. There are a lot of parking spaces. But there are just places outside (gazebos? that I think need to be cleaned up and maintained.

Overrated. If you are looking for great food, it would be better to go to Ponchon by Breakthrough located near SM City Iloilo. The one by the beach side is overrated. The view is bad as the beach side is filled with garbage that are washed ashore from the nearby port. The restaurant itself is pooly maintained as you can see dust amd cobwebs everywhere. Food is not that outstanding compared to their Ponchon branch. Bottomline, if you want a good memorable food experience with breakthroug go for the Ponchon branch.
