White Castle - Illinois

I go to this outstanding restaurant every couple of days as I enjoy the good mood that is part of this place. The personel is extremely attentive and well trained. The service is remarkablywonderfully quick. Also, the food you eat is good. I have been there often and I was always happy. The price is honest. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Went in the AM and ordered #1 with 2 more sliders and got only 4

I don't know what is happening to this white castle. It used to run so much better up until a month or so ago. Went into the building today because there was a line and I thought going in would be faster but I was greeted with and eye roll and an attitude. Placed my order anyway and then of course while waiting for my food, watched 4 cars in drive thru get their food before me. They use robots to cook and it often burns food but apparently none can stop it or manually cook to avoid waiting 15mins for cheese sticks

Out of onions rings, and more items that was posted before you got to window, which was helpful.
