I'm back to revise my reading for this location. I absolutely love Buona Beef, but for the second time in a row my order was incorrect. The receipt is fine. I paid for everything, but one of my beefs was missing. My wife and I had to split one so my father could eat. Unacceptable, guys. This is the only location I have this problem. And twice in a row? Not cool. Could I have called and gone back? Of course. But I'd prefer to eat half of a warm beef than all of a cold beef. Fix this problem. Plea … – show

We got the Beef Sandwiches and we thought the beef was on the skimpy side.

They got our drive thru order wrong again! Nothing like driving away to discover they gave you a chicken sandwich instead of the specialty burger I ordered. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this store. Garbage! Plus, I had to wait a long time to receive the wrong meal! Late getting back to work.

Got. My order wrong. Paid for pepperoni on the pizza mine there.. Did not notice till back at work.
