From the way they hold the plate for serving, to how they bend over the show glass talking to customers as they dish out the food they’d serve their customers, there’s no consideration for the people they’re serving. Instead of lining up in queue, people stand around the display, so the staff unaware of the first customer in line plays a guessing game. The Place lacks order, and the management should work on restoring it back. Their management should think about their customers and the way they handle their food, air that they don’t serve their customers salty food again. There should be a set recipe and standard to follow. I also asked for my food to be microwaved, but it came out cold, which made me wonder what they’d done to the food in the first place. If your customer asks for their meal to be heated, microwave the food and don’t bring it out until it’s hot. Until The Place brings order to their company, my rating would be a 2 star.
Generally ok. The food is great. There's a wide variety to choose from.
The environment was very clean, organised, and sweet. The staff displayed great courtesy and the meals made THE PLACE truly THE PLACE.
They have varieties of meals. Will give them that. But they can work in their customer service. The long queue and the payment attendants slow things up.
A good restaurant to hangout, meet up or just hang out with family and friends. Been fee times and can say they have good food and service. There's usually crowd here most times. One thing that stands out is the parking spaces. They can only accommodate about six cars so most times, customers park in ICM and pay to avoid being towed.
