Jimmy John's - Ijamsville

A lot of the times when I go here, the employees make my sandwich really fast and none of them are rude to people. I think this place is good for small lunches and dinners when you can’t make anything.

Excellent sandwiches, have to knock down a star for the introduction of paper straws (which are awful, please reintroduce the degradable-plastic straws that you've had in the past).

I don't understand the bad reviews I see. Maybe because there are a ton of entitled snobs in this area? I've always had great service here and my online order is always ready when I get there. The one time my order was wrong, they compensated me for it without my even having to ask. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service. NO MASKS by EMPLOYEES- Walked in and should have known what I would receive with the lack of music, signs not being lit, etc. and not to mention the 6 high school aged kids in there all on their phones and laptops out as I was disturbing them. Trying not to be a Karen… I ordered even though I thought it was odd that the signs all show masks required but the two employees working were the only ones NOT wearing masks. Needless to say I wasn’t in the mood to get into it with anyone in the store so I ordered and then threw away my sub due to the lack of hygiene or customer service I experienced. Will never be returning to this location again- sorry Jimmy johns this location did y’all way wrong.

This place is poorly run. Two online orders, two weekends in a row. No delivery either time. We had to call and find out the canceled status both times. Excuse #1 We ran out of bread. (This is a sandwich shop. Excuse #2 We don 't have a driver. Figure things out, or find a way to email a notice of order cancelation or call/leave a voicemail to say you aren 't able to deliver. And why accept online orders on the first place if you can 't fulfill them?!?!
