Touchwood Bliss Igatpuri

We loved every minute and will definitely go back. The unit had everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable and quiet, The location was amazing and enchanting. The place of the cottage we took was absolutely stunning with a waterfall view. Serene and Peaceful. Amazing food spread with good taste, Excellent staff. The room and cleanliness were maintained .Definitely would recommend

Our family stay for two days in Touchwood Bliss was a pleasant experience and enjoyable. All staff of the resort are very cooperative and hospitality rendered by them was excellent. The location is joyful and we would like to visit it again in monsoon. The catering service is very good and quality of food is delicious. The charges are little bit on higher side. Overall experience is excellent destination to visit and relax. Nice

Stay was awesome , it was peaceful and calm.The place is very good and has very close to nature. Entire day itinerary was very well planned. Variety of Jain food was available. The stay at tent was worth experiencing. The staff is very polite and customer service was very good. To summarize, stay is worth for the money. Komal madam was helpful for planning , reservation booking etc.

If you are planning a wedding here, Please Don't!!! They do not allow you to hire anything from outside, they force you to use all of their services (design, decoration, event management) and charge a hefty amount for it and do not deliver. They have the worst team who is extremely rude and unprofessional. Even after making multiple visits and planning for months nothing was done on time during the wedding. There were issues with each and everything. They did not follow instructions given to them about the decorations , they literally changed the menu multiple times (did not follow the list that was finalized) AND worst of all few of our guests literally left because their staff was so so rude and refused to provide normal services to our guests. Many additional services that were promised by them were not provided. Their team is also extremely sexist, when I was there managing everything they literally ignored me and negotiated with my brothers instead. I did have a talk in detail with the owner of the resort after our event, he said they had problems with two of their managers and they had received multiple complaints. Will not advice you to get married here unless any changes have been made, there are a lot of great resorts in Igatpuri, I'd advise you to choose any one.

Resort was very good . i selected this because of pure veg . Place is full of trees and flowers. Nature at its best. Rooms were nice. Also rooms backside you have good sitting. Best is it's very big property. Rahul bhai was very nice and helpful in booking process. Always do direct booking rather than other traveling app . You get good price.
