Mamma Mia Crepes And Desserts

I stopped in on Monday 8/7 in the afternoon. I was never greeted and the girl at the counter was super rude to the family in front of me. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all so I’m not sure what the issue was with the cashier. It didn’t take long for me to get enough of the eye rolls and disrespectfulness and took my business elsewhere. I’m not normally one to complain or call people out but this employee has no place in customer service.

Enjoyed the freshly-made crepes-both sweet and savory were good. The best part was the great view from their outdoor seating!

IT WAS THE BEST CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE I'VE EVER HAD!!!My son and I stopped in today to get some hot chocolate. I was wondering why it's was taking longer then other places I've been to. It took maybe 2-3 minutes to get my drink.But it's because she was making the hot chocolate with the same steps and care as if it were a latte!

Excellent crepes!! Can't wait to try the Monté Cristo looks so good. Loved everything about this little spot busy busy busy since there's lots of snow and visitors. Which I would think is a plus for this little town of Idyllwild, But it seemed to have been a bit too much for the cashier very short and dry attitude no smile or hello even after I said it. But Everyone one else made up for her short comings. Will definitely be back to enjoy more goodies.

The really upsetting part about our experience was that they were out of everything and made no effort to help with substitutes or other options that they did have. We were the only customers there. The employee decided to take a break instead of working on the order and never communicated it. They just chilled out and said nothing. Again we were the only people there. It was a to go order and it took 30 mins to get our food. Just super bummed about the experience.
