Went there on the evening of our anniversary-a Thursday-to just get a simple take-out pizza dinner. Left three dogs at our BnB because it was too hot to leave them in our car. Ordered our pizza, and they told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour because of “large orders”, so I acquiesced, and we sat down and waited. An hour and 20 minutes later I went up to the counter and asked if our order would be ready soon and they told me it hadn’t been put in the oven yet. At that point my wife and I decided to get our money back and punch out. We like Idyllwild, but we won’t be visiting this place again…
