Nice ambience and view, the a/c was a good respite from the outdoor heat. we had four dishes, only the pork knee qas good. the waitress pushed the fish salad which was close to inedible.

Got there at 19.15, they said they were full even if there were just 2 people in. Restaurant opens at 19.00 closes at 20.30, they definitely don't need money. There is another good place just 3 minutes uphill.

From the entries: black olives, mushrooms and Chouriço de porco ibérico to the Polvo à Lagareiro super soft almost butter with a nice crispy top, the Ensopado de Borrego , simple and delicious, with the meat coming out from the bones without effort. , finishing with the brigadeiro. All was esquisite! To pai with this we were recommended a red Quinta das Termas DOC. Perfect. To finish strong just go to the balcony and enjoy the coffee NOTE: Read before some criticism to the staff. From our I can only say good things. Our waitress Judite was super nice and helpful with spot on recommendations.
