Panda Express - Idaho Falls

Once we ate at this place our food was excessively spicy. After we had eaten it and were dissatisfied with it, we called to ask about it. they had apparently sown the food and offered us a free meal when we came in a certain time. a few weeks later we decided to use this and went to get our food. we could not complain about the deal and the food quality in the time around. but we noticed the behavior of the manager towards his employees. not sure whether it was the manager or the assistant manager, but he was very much to his associates and talked to them to several locations. with his nase running around his employees. came as the art of the guy who has a strong ego about his project site, that he only got most likely due to years of experience and the general manager had no other choices due to the workers problems that have been treated lately in every workstation. we found his behavior very unprofessional and will not support this restaurant in future. wants to plan to go to the other place in ammon that we always have great experiences.

No samples..... not right. I think this is a ploy to save money on food costs. Forget customer satisfaction. I asked for a sample of something I haven't tried yet.... and they said No.... go figure. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and the food I ordered was what I expected. Portion was ok. Good place for decent Chinese food.

Really nice restaurant, you can tell it's new. Good food, and they had Sweet and Sour chicken!! crazy! also, one of the employees found someone debit card and went way out of there way to find the rightful owner and saved a customer a frickin nightmare in the process. good place, decent food.

Lyn was very polite. She greeted us with a smile, she helped us get the food we wanted. When the food was ready she brought it to are table. She had a very positive attitude. The food tasted absolutely WOW!! 5 stare for amazing customer service and awesome food!Will come again.

Came in right as they opened. The manager is excellent. Very personable, nice and accommodating. And the whole staff was busy and hardworking.The food was also excellent. Well cooked and tasty. We are very happy we came in. Definitely the best Panda Express visit we have had!
