Maverik Adventure's First Stop

My usual routine involves getting drinks and snacks on the go. This location features a Bonfire grill where you can order tacos and pizzas. They also have checkout counters, and before Covid, there was a seating area where you could enjoy your meal.

Stop getting a hot dog. So I thought I was doing Nachos well without chili. Must have fresh food. Deli was closed! It's 4:30

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bustling gas station right off the highway when I was ready to head home. There were several different pumps available, including a few designated for diesel trucks and semi-trucks. While about half of the gas pumps were out of order, there were still plenty of functional options. Inside, there was a line extending to the door. Despite the registers being staffed, the wait times felt a bit excessive. They offer some Idaho lottery tickets, a solid selection of beers, and a variety of food items that are prepared fresh before you arrive.

It's hard to find a gas station with clean pumps. These guys were in and out. Great place for a quick stop.

I set my gas to the wrong pump and went back inside three times to figure out why I couldn’t pump the gas I had already paid for. The clerk told me that someone else had pumped my gas and that they would cover the cost for me. I was taken aback by this. I explained that they had mistakenly put it on the wrong pump, so they should be giving me the gas I paid for. The clerk was rude and condescending throughout our interaction. When I asked for her name and the manager's contact information, she covered her name tag and said she wouldn’t give me her name, wishing me luck instead. Her behavior was highly unprofessional, and customer service should not operate this way. The manager should never condone such conduct.
