We waited for 20 minutes in the driveway. the burger tasted like a one they buy in a tank and microwave, but the customer service was partly with what is expected from an almost food joint and the girl in the window was very polite. I'll be back soon to see the day's shift is smoother. if ot is sick

Ordered a hamburger menu with a red velvet blossom, large garnel basket with cocktail sauce, large cheese cards and speltsticks. I have to go into the window, paid for eating, got reception and noticed that there were no cheese curds. asked the girl at the car-dru window (julia,) when she missed the cheese curds. she has made another transaction for the cheese curds. After a waiting period she gave me my bag, to my surprise, no cheese curds or cocktail sauce. I sat for another 5 minutes waiting for her to come into the window to let her know that there were no cheese curds. she said they were at the bottom of the bag. I had to give her the bag back literally because she didn't live on me. she checked the bag and realized that there were no cheese curds after she had treated my whole meal. they treated money, no gloves, then my food! 5 minutes on the window waiting for cheese curds, tons of cars behind me in line. eating was obviously cold, as we were sitting in the window for 10 minutes. I didn't want to eat the food she's been dealing with. very disappointing.

For the young man with curly brown hair who decided to argue with my husband and I 3 times that he wouldn't provide a bag for my order of a triple chocolate brownie.. we got home and I proceeded to put that brownie order in the bag my husband's food came in. Learn some professionalism. You need to be trained better. I wasn't asking for much. Just a bag to hold it in so I could get it safely home. Terrible service.

When purchasing my food, the customer service was easily a 10/10. however, my meal was terrible. i got the chicken bites meal and was so far beyond disappointed. nuggets were very dry, toast' was just warmed bread with butter, and the fries were soft and rubbery. cheese curds were good, but not enough to bring me back.
