Mcdonald's - Icard

I've been coming here since I was a child.. and the percentage I've gotten my order wrong vs correct is like 80%. The last time I came I ordered two mcflurries, waited nearly 20 mins and they only came out with one.. had to wait another 10 for the other. (Not even a busy day).Today I wasn't given my fries at all. Had to ask three separate occasions. And was still given the wrong sizes. And the medium I got wasn't even filled all the way. Or salted. I've worked in food service my whole life, so I understand how it is, but this is a bit ridiculous.

Ketchup pump dispenser didn't work. Couldn't get anyone's attention to ask for packages of ketchup, even though there were a bunch of people working behind the counter. Floor in the little dining area was dirty and the tables were dirty. Food was good though.

Prices are unreasonable, and unbelievable. I am buying elsewhere. The tea profts must be near a thousand percent. WHY? In then a year the price for tea has nearly doubled, WHY?

Sat in line at the drive through for over 20 minutes. Service is pathetic and the level of talent working is worse than that. Will be coming back to this place ever. Advice, stay away!!a
