I had a business here. we were convinced of a type outside the restaurant. the choice of wine is: dry or half dry. half dry is the sweetest wine we've ever had. after 45 minutes waiting time came the first order, a pizza. And...small note: the two ordered bark dishes were not available. why not mention this before? finally offered a chicken dish. it was nothing more than huh nuggets kfc style with soft French pommes. Finally we sat beside a table with probably a child of the owners. he was allowed to pay music on his laptop so we were between laptop music and official music of the place. for the first time no one has finished his teller.
We had dinner here twice during a recent stay in Ica. The staff were friendly and explained the dishes very well to us. The food was very fresh and tasty and good value for money. The only negative point was that the chips included in...my husband's dish on the last night were cold. They offered to heat them up afterwards but by that stage he didn't really want them.
This restaurant serves several types of Peruvian food and I loved especially the criolla food! They have a huge menu, and they are able to serve any dish very quickly! I liked it so much that I asked to visit de chefs in the kichen....They are all very kind and young , and seems like they really love cooking! And even better ....the price is excellent ! Try also a maracuya pisco sour to improve the night !
I don't know about the rest of the food, but we were told we were there for the pizza. The pizza was indeed good, nothing special, but it tasted really nice, just a little salt was missing. Prices here are the same...or maybe higher than those you see in Huacachina (which is extremely overpriced). The biggest problem was the waiting time. We ordered a few garlic bread that wasn't good at all and it took like 15 minutes to arrive, so start how long the pizza took, and the restaurant wasn't so full, maybe just three more tables from us. Everything we ordered lasted until we arrived, even a glass of wine.
