Huarango Grill - Ica

Our group of 10 ordered frying hues that comes with fries and salat and two in our party ordered the medienparrilla. the waiter clearly forgot to order how the rest of the table had finished eating and it had not yet appeared. Terrible... they don't deserve an apology we left without the court and beyond that we were accused for our papst. absolutely shameful service. regret for the chefs who did an excellent work with the huh.

We went to dinner at 8 a.m. and experienced some excellent service and rotisserie chicken The Rotisserie chicken was cooked over a fire and also had a wood smoked taste!

I visited with a supplier, I just wanted something simple and I was satisfied with the beef and chips I received. Nothing special, but delicious all the best and good service

We arrived here at the recommendation of a local. Upon our arrival the employees glanced at us but none of them came to greet us nor seat us so I kindly asked if we could seat yourselves, to this I received a nod. We ordered...chicken among other things and began to dig in after a long day of touring in the desert. The food was not great by any means but we were OK with that, the problem came when my son told me he couldn't eat any more of his chicken... I looked at it and it was about a 1/4 of the way cooked. When we complained to the waiter he said another girl would tend to us but she never approached the table. We asked to speak with her and she came over, listened and literally just walked away. Everyone finished their meal and still nothing, finally I started taking pictures and as we were ready to go a chicken breast showed up with the waiter.. A little too little too late! In the end three pieces of chicken were found with blood and raw, we never received an apology and we've left with a very bad taste in our mouths.. I do not recommend this place as their service was horrible and the food not a whole lot better.

The huarango tree used to cook these rotisserie chickens adds a flavour that cannot be topped. It is really tasty chicken. Their potatoes are not the best, and sometimes look like they've been soaked, not fried. Service is usually slow and not very attentive, but...that seems to be a standard in the Ica town. Overall, it is a great place for lunch or dinner, the chicken being the specialty, and well woth the try!
