Rhode Island Coffee Blackburn

I had a negative experience at this restaurant but it was resolved thanks to the amazing staff, Calum and Kelly. They made my day and I am grateful for their help. The tea at this cafe is excellent and I have always been a regular customer. Beth, the manager, is a wonderful person and I am proud to call her one of my best friends. The atmosphere is cozy and I enjoy reading books and having chats at this cafe.

This is the best cafe and made so many amazing new friends over there. I go there on a regular basis the manager is one of a kind long may continue the success.

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of cakes and coffee. The staff members are extremely friendly and maintain a high level of professionalism. The manager, Beth, is attentive and pays close attention to detail. The employees appear to be happy and are eager to assist all patrons. During my visit, I noticed many satisfied customers with smiles on their faces. While the decor could use some updating, the overall atmosphere is very welcoming and professional, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

We used to frequent Rhode Island in Blackburn often, but in the past year, we noticed a decline in standards. After experiencing a rude attitude from the manager during our last visit, we have decided not to return. Despite making a complaint as a loyal customer, the management dismissed our concerns without investigation. I confirmed this through an employee who overheard their discussions, which solidified my decision not to recommend them anymore.

Visited Thursday 21st Dec and was nice to see new faces ie..staff, greeted with a warm welcome and the most amazing hot chocolate. Well needed rest after lots shopping in the mall. Definitely visit again soon.
