Garrison Brothers Distillery - Hye

I went on a tour this past weekend, and I must say, Mike was incredibly informative and an excellent storyteller throughout the experience. Jimmy expertly handled the drinks, and General Leia made the tour enjoyable as she guided us through the bottling line. Our group had an amazing time!

It's really hot! There are no indoor facilities for tastings, so everything takes place in the same outdoor area as the kitchen.

A visit to this hidden gem is essential. Whether you're there for a tasting or to volunteer like I did, you won't be let down. Fantastic experiences, wonderful people, and excellent whiskey await in the Hill Country. I'll definitely be going back... time and time again!

We had a GREAT time volunteering at Garrison Brothers Distillery! Fun, friendly employees, excellent breakfast and lunch, and bourbon tastings EVERY HOUR made for a memorable experience! We will do this again!!!

Had a blast here! Our tour guides Mike and Marlee were awesome, we learned a lot, had some great laughs, and drank some wonderful bourbon. The food at the whisky shack was amazing as well. Can't wait to visit again!
