Café Coffee Day - Hyderabad

Located in Nallagandla Lingampalli road, this place used to be my favorite sometime ago but off late, their food and customer service standards have dropped drastically. There are flies and mosquitoes everywhere, tables are not cleaned and are left untidy, the sofa are all torn, chairs are dirty. I can go on and on about this. We ordered Big Crunch Chicken Cheese Burger Not available Smoked chicken sandwich Not available Spinach corn sandwich Tasted good but quantity wise it's not something I'd come back to. Tandoori chicken sandwich The chicken in this was very dry and the bread used was also not fresh. Chicken Kheema Pizza: A tiny miny pizza where the toppings are saw and Kheema undercooked. Ain't good at all. Devil's Own This drink used to be my favorite. They didn't have cream, so instead used ice cream but was very diluted. There were way too many ice cubes coming in while drinking this one. Gourmet Belgian Cold Chocolate This again, had too much ice and hardly had any chocolate taste. Extremely diluted. Alphanso Mango Frappe: Hardly any mango taste in it. Again, no cream so instead was replaced with ice cream. The raw milk taste was very evident. Again, was getting ice cubes which was a turn off. Sizzle Dazzle Brownie: This used to be my favorite in the past and this was the only thing that tasted good here. Cocoa Fantasy Pastry: I didn't taste this but the kids liked it. Verdict: CCD needs to look within and start doing their basics right. Even while they try to innovate, they need to not forget their classics. Their coffees and frappes used to be their strength but now seems to have become their weekness. They need to understand that there is a lot of choice in the market and customers will stop coming unless they maintain hygiene.

This place is so cozy with perfect ambiente and seating. they can spend hours just to watch this place. this place has a very good coffee and the staff is friendly. I usually enjoyed the outside door seats where they can have a series of friends to hangout and chitchat for the time. the service is good and the good quality is preserved and the load is located in such a place where there is no great hurry on the roads and they can have a peaceful time here.

Good place to have coffee or snacks and to spend with friends in the serilingampally environment. the indoor seating area is very less, but there are chairs and seating areas that are designed for more people. the ambiente is good and it looks much better in the evening than the daytime. it's just filled at the evenings and during the day, it's almost always empty and they can sit with their friends for a long time without trouble. the regular CCD menu is served here. the frappe seemed to be more diluted than it should be. the personal is polite. this load has few items on sale display in comparison to other stores. tables are not cleaned quickly after a customer leaves the tables!

Regular CCD thing. Place is at a very nice location. It is spacious and the staff is really nice. They have indoor as well as outdoor sitting.
