Chick-fil-a - Hyannis

During my first visit, I was not impressed at all. I didn't understand what all the hype was about. I found it to be far too expensive for what we received, and I was extremely disappointed overall. The highlight of my meal was the salad, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make me want to return. I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back!

Miah provided outstanding service during our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had a great experience. I truly appreciated her warm and genuinely sweet demeanor, particularly after I thanked her. After a long day at work, her kindness made our outing a real pleasure. I will definitely return to this Chick-fil-A because of her excellent service.

It seems there’s an issue with the drive-thru speaker. It made the phrase “bbq sauce” come out sounding like “ranch.” “Iced water” was misheard as “bottle of water,” and “large fry” was interpreted as “medium fries.” I might have thought they were too rushed to get the order right, but the service wasn’t even that fast.

There was no wait. Staff is very friendly. It was my third time coming there and the food was done so fast and it was amazing. Definitely my favorite food in America. Thank you to girl who complimented my hair, it made my day???? The place isclean, looks cute and food is amazing. ???

Most of the employees don't speak English. Placed an order for grilled chicken nuggets. Was informed that there's a dairy allergen in them. Asked since when. Was told quote I dunno Did some research myself and come to find out. It's from a mistakefrom thier supplier. But they're going to still sell them. Just have to wait till they run out to go back to normal. Not goodbusiness.
