Pizza Hut Fort Erie - Hwy Canada

I am a regular customer at this location, but will never return.I don’t know what has happened to pizzas at Pizza Hut, the last few times I have ordered from this location the pizzas are disgusting, I have had frozen pizzas that have more toppings.Today’s pizzas were thin, soggy, little toppings, poorly cut, and over cooked.Will look for a new pizza company.Got an email from Pizza Hut in Fort Erie, they apologized for the pizza, blamed it on a new crust Pizza Hut introduced, well don’t sell the pizza until you know how to cook it!Obviously they never read my complaint, the crust was a small part of the problem, this location cheaps out and barely puts on any toppings.They did offer me 20% off my next purchase, what a joke, 20% off a bad pizza is still too much money to spend.I have decided to find a local, family owned pizza place, one that prides itself on quality, not garbage like you get at the Fort Erie Pizza Hut!

Honestly, the worst customer service I try to order for work for my employees food for delivery and the person on the phone was very ignorant What’s asking me to do the payments before she make the order. Because that’s part of the policy.. what policy a customer will be forced to repeat the order before even order it??!!! Honestly it’s not about the pay most about the customer service it’s bad , very. I am in the city for a couple months right now working on a projects and I do delivery for my employees all day from different places and then I don’t have any problem . They planning to order from this place but that was suck. Honestly NEVER ? RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I love Pizza Hut. I drive all the way from Buffalo to Fort Erie to get Pizza when Im craving. Did the same yesterday, only to find out that no one in pizza hut wears gloves! Post covid, we would expect a little more hygienic care but no. Not even a single person wears gloves. The woman was putting cheese on something from the salad bar and NO GLOVES!! Omg??? not going there again.

The pizza this place puts out reminds you of your childhood. When pizza was just the most wonderful thing you can have. They do it right. Thanks for the great pizza and wings.

Delicious fresh pizza I have ever had! Amazing service provided by staff members..Highly recommended!!!
