V's Eats - Hutto

This food truck is awesome! The owner is awesome and friendly. I found it on Yelp! If you go to this food truck, definitely don't use Apple Maps. It will mislead you. I had to use Google Maps which is the maps I prefer; however, Apple won't let me make it my default Maps preference. Back to the Yelping of this awesome food truck. I arrived and I ordered my food. They told me 20 minutes and sure enough 20 minutes a it was. When I messaged the business via Yelp, the owner responded promptly. They are right behind a Wag and Bag Shell gas station. So you can buy your drinks from there if you choose to stay and eat there. The birria chicken tacos were so delicious. You just dip your tacos in the sauce and away your taste tubs go to some fulfilling tacos. I got the bahmi sandwich and man this sandwich beats one of my favorite pho places in Austin, TX. It was so delicious and the flavor of the dressing along with the cilantro, fresh jalapeños, cucumbers, carrots, etc. The bread was also just right. Man just thinking about this I want to go get another one. LoL My wife had the backyard burger, she it was delicious as well, but love the birria tacos. The burger itself was nicely and freshly made.

Really delicious! We got the breakfast Sammons, kitchen fries boudin balls. Highly recommend!

Best Ramen Ever! Been to all the places in Austin, work for a S. Korean company and have traveled to S. Korea and Japan for business, and this was so GOOD! Highly recommend.

We called ahead to order our food for pickup after looking at their special on Facebook. We ordered the Chicken Birria tacos, 'Bama white (chicken wings , Jalapeño Bacon Burger and Bahn Mi. They let us know our order would be ready in 25 minutes. I went with my toddler to pick up the food, but forgot to take my wallet (face palm . Ugh. I was so worried that I would have to drag my toddler back in the car and head home to get my wallet. Lucky for us, the lady was super nice and understanding. She offered different payment options. She sent me a payment link through text and I was able to pay her, phew!! Crisis adverted. Let 's talk about their food. The Chicken Birria tacos: had amazing good flavor in both the Chicken as well as the consommé. She doesn 't skimp on the Chicken In the Birria taco either. That 's a win. The 'Bama White chicken wings: Outstanding flavor. Different than the standard chicken wing flavors. Definitely mouthwatering. Bahn mi: packed with meat and veggies. Yummy! Definitely has a nice flavor to it. Love that they include spinach leaves. Jalapeño Bacon Burger: definitely better than fast food places! Bigger and packed with deliciousness. The bacon was crispy, the patty was full of flavor. She also included spinach leaves on it. The jalapeños definitely added a kick to it which I loved. Food was devoured within minutes among the two of us : . If you are in and around the Hutto area, definitely visit this gem of a food-truck behind Wag-a-bag. Always awesome to support small businesses.
