Sonic Drive-in - Hutchinson

The food is consistently good and I never have to wait too long, but some of the staff members are not very friendly. When I requested extra napkins, the manager came to the drive-thru window and told me they had already given me some in my bag. I explained that I needed more than the three napkins in my bag, and they only gave me one extra. I suggest that they work on improving their customer service, especially with the carhop service.

The service at this restaurant was faster but not very friendly until I tipped in the drive-thru. Sometimes a little extra push is all we need. We appreciate their effort in serving us almost food. Thank you.

It took over 10 minutes to receive a chili cheese hot dog. The cherry cobbler lacked cherries.
