The Bain de Forêt, Hotel Spa Husseren Collection is set in a beautiful green setting, but the restaurant room is simple in its decoration. The kitchen is high to achieve excellence. We especially enjoyed the Ceviche d'Ombre Chevalier Mariné aux Agrumes, Coriandre Fraiche and Le Boeuf Maturé 35 jours, Frites de Patate Douce.

We dined two nights at the restaurant during our stay at the spa hotel, the two times were a real happiness, a tasty cuisine for both taste buds and for the eyes, accompanied by delicious local wines offered by a very kind and competent sommelier, we will return without hesitation

A delight for the taste buds we had a great time in this restaurant and enjoyed a good welcome. Inventive cuisine like fresh and local desserts. Only regret the card is short enough but we understand there that quality is privileged to the quantity. exceptionally mature beef!
