Dunkin' - Hurst

I have only been to Dunkin Donuts when I am traveling and pick up breakfast at the airport. This was my first time in an actual store. I went early, wasn't busy, the store is very small but had a good selection of donuts to choose from. The food was good, the employees were very quiet, and the store looked clean. Kid-friendliness: Sprinkled donuts for children to eat!

While the location was nice, the staff at this restaurant were incredibly incompetent. Despite my love for Dunkin, I would rather drive the extra mile to the Precinct Line Road in Hurst to avoid this location. The staff refused to make my favorite drink and the overall interaction was awkward. There was a lack of customer service and people skills. This was my second chance after avoiding this location for a while, but there will not be a third. Hopefully, corporate will intervene and either replace the staff or shut down the store completely.

I always order my Dunkin' on the app and it is very convenient. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly. The coffee is consistently hot. The only thing I would change is having my bagel toasted a bit more, but overall this is one of my preferred Dunkin' locations to visit.

Very unprofessional will not be coming back here Lady Cust when I was trying to make my order and couldn’t get it right three times disgusting customer service.

I had the best experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The coffee was perfect and the bagels were cooked perfectly, not over toasted like in other places. The service was also very quick. I will definitely be driving out to Hurst whenever I am craving Dunkin' Donuts. It was definitely worth it!
