Chick-fil-a - Hurst

My first experience at Chick-fil-A in the Northeast was amazing. I had never been before, so I asked the cashier for recommendations. She made sure my order was perfect and even paid for my meal, wanting my first experience at Chick-fil-A to be a good one. She was incredibly friendly and sweet. I was so happy to encounter such a kind person. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and they truly made my day.

The restaurant receives a perfect 10 for its affordable prices, quick service, and welcoming staff at the register. The spicy chicken sandwich is consistently delicious and reasonably priced.

Faster than most steadfast and friendly staff. the food was good except we received burned pommes at the bottom of the pommes.

I love this place. I really do. But after today, I’m not sure if I will come back to this location. I ordered 2 kids meals and 1 adult meal. It was $30. When I asked the manager if I could have a bowl for my daughter for her food she looked and me and told me it was going to be 43 more cents to get the bowl. I’m sorry, but after spending $30 on food here the least they could do was give me a bowl. It’s not the principle of paying for the bowl, it was the managers attitude about it. Not very pleasant if you ask me.
